Insurance and Billing
Financial Policy
You will be asked to present your insurance card(s) at each appointment. If your health insurance has changed, it is important that you contact our office prior to your appointment to update this information. ENT Medical Services is not contracted with all insurance carriers, which means that you might not have coverage if seen at our ENT clinic. Since your health insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company, it is your responsibility to know your benefits and pursue unpaid claims.
Copays and co-insurances are collected on the day of your office visit. If you are scheduled for a procedure, payment must be made in full 10 days prior to the procedure. For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, CareCredit, American Express, personal checks, and cash. If you have an account balance, monthly payment plans are available and can be arranged by contacting our billing department.
Our staff is committed to helping you understand your financial responsibilities and available options. We encourage you to reach out with any billing or insurance questions. Clear communication helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures a smooth experience for every patient. Thank you for choosing ENT Medical Services for your care.
