ENT Medical Services is a comprehensive ear, nose, and throat clinic serving Eastern Iowa, providing medical and surgical care for adults and children. Our board-certified physicians offer a full range of ENT services, including audiology, sleep medicine, allergy care, and facial services, often delivered conveniently at one location.
Founded in 1957 by Dr. Roger Simpson, ENT Medical Services has served generations of families with a commitment to accessible, efficient, and patient-centered care. Over the years, we expanded our services to include Audiology, Sleep Medicine, Allergy Care, and specialized treatment centers to better meet the evolving needs of our community.
Today, our experienced providers focus on equipping patients and families with the information they need to make informed healthcare decisions, while continuing to deliver compassionate, expert care rooted in more than six decades of clinical excellence.

Office hours 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Office appointments are scheduled by calling (319) 351-5680 or (800) 642-6217.
ALLERGY CLINIC HOURS (Walk-In)
Weekly shots: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 3:45 pm
New vials: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm
These hours apply to the Iowa City office only.
Note: Allergy shots and new vial preparation close earlier than the main clinic.
